I'm probably the only one reading this, but here I am, AGAIN, trying to get back into shape. No clue what the downfall was last summer, probably rain. What a lame excuse, right?
Well here they are again, no clue if they are the same:
Goals:
- Workout everyday.
- No matter if that's walking, cleaning (yes this is a work out), etc. JUST DO IT! (Nike :))
- Make it a habit.
- I can stress this to myself enough.
- WATER....totally failed today, but I will make myself drink at least half my body weight in H20
Motivation:
It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family. AND it takes 12 for the rest of the world.
