Day 1:
Today starts the new, well old, me. At one time I was in shape and exercised on the regular. Today that becomes a part of my daily life. I make this promise to myself.
Goals:
Short term - lose 10 pounds
- be able to run a mile
- drink more water...much more
Long term - run a 5 K
- eat less sugar
- quit drinking pop, tea, coffee, and the like etc.
Not a lot of goals so to speak but ones that are certainly attainable. Come with me on my journey to return to my high school self, just older, wiser, and able to legally drink :)
Today:
Walked 2 miles
50 jumping jacks
5 push ups
20 crunches
1 - 30 minute plank
Don't laugh, I'm a beginner...again!!
